Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. If our policy window has expired, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We have a no-questions-asked replacement policy for orders that arrive damaged due to poor postal service handling or improper care as long as sufficient evidence is produced. 


Return Eligibility

For your order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

i) Must be within 30 days of your order date

ii) Must be in original packaging and unused

Please keep in mind the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as custom made goods, health or personal care items, sale items, gift cards and wearables such as shoes or clothing. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tryavero.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We get it — trying something new can feel like a leap. That’s why at Avero, your satisfaction is always our priority. If your first purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you're eligible for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Just drop us a message through our contact form or email hello@tryavero.com, and we’ll take care of it — no returns, no stress.

Please note our satisfaction guarantee only applies for your first purchase for a specific product.


Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you must cancel it within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund or we will be unable to process a refund as it may have already been processed and shipped. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company/ bank if it has been more than 3-5 business days. Feel free to contact us for assistance.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong order, please contact us immediately and we will ship you the correct version of your order, ASAP. 

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please read our product descriptions and sizing charts to make sure everything is correct and accurate. Once an order is shipped there is nothing we can do.
